
Simon P. Leen
Simon P. Leen, Partner at the firm, is a seasoned litigator with over a decade’s experience representing clients in high-stakes civil, criminal, and regulatory cases. Simon represents individuals and companies in numerous industries in a broad array of practice areas. His deep experience allows him to develop and execute winning strategies for his clients in any type of litigation.
Simon routinely litigates cases for defendants and plaintiffs in federal and state courts in complex business disputes. He has represented leading corporate clients in commercial litigation matters involving fraud, breach of contract, employment, antitrust and securities laws, and related areas. Simon has also defended individual and corporate clients in DOJ, SEC, and Congressional investigations as well in cases involving claims of harassment, assault, and theft.
Before joining The Freedman Firm, Simon practiced at a leading international law firm in Washington, D.C. and at one at one of the country’s premier litigation firms. He also served as a law clerk to a federal district court judge and a federal appellate court judge.
