Kurt Oldenburg
Kurt Oldenburg is Of Counsel at The Freedman Firm. Kurt spent nearly eight years at top national law firms where he practiced complex commercial litigation and white collar defense. He served for two years as a Deputy Attorney General with the Corporate Fraud Section at the California Department of Justice. He has represented Fortune 100 companies, executives, the State of California, and other sophisticated clients in high stakes litigation, investigations, and government enforcement matters.
Kurt graduated in the top 5% of his class at University of California Davis School of Law and received his B.A. from the University of California as well.
